The Best Western Premier Alsterkrug Hotel not only met but exceeded all my expectations. The friendly staff made our stay truly memorable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.Initially, I encountered a slight issue with noise in my room, but the staff promptly upgraded me to a quieter room with a lovely view. The complimentary public transport pass provided ease of travel, allowing us to explore the city effortlessly. Despite its proximity to the airport, the location remained peaceful.In conclusion, I must say that the hotel's commitment to excellent service and attention to detail made our time in the beautiful city even more delightful. Prost to a wonderful stay!
